Applicable pricing, fees, taxes, payment authorisation, adjustments, cancellation, refunds, and receipts will be documented when the commercial product is final.
5. Driver subscriptions
Separate verified terms will define subscription periods, price, taxes, access, activation, expiry, renewal, cancellation, refunds, availability, and the absence of guaranteed demand or earnings.
6. Acceptable use
The final terms will specify prohibited conduct, misuse, fraud, interference, unsafe behaviour, unlawful activity, and the consequences of violating platform rules.
7. Safety and support
Verified safety functions, participant responsibilities, incident processes, emergency limitations, and support channels will be described without overstating the platform’s capabilities.
8. Intellectual property
The final terms will address ownership of the platform, limited permissions to use it, feedback, user content, and third-party rights.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Any warranties, disclaimers, indemnities, and limits of liability must be drafted for the actual service and reviewed under applicable law.
10. Disputes and general terms
Governing law, courts or dispute procedures, notices, assignment, severability, updates, termination, and verified contact information will be included in the final agreement.
