For riders

Request transportation. Understand the journey.

Naka is designing the rider side of its ride-hailing platform—from making a request and connecting with a driver to following the ride and finding support. The product is still under development.

Rider experience

A clear flow through each stage of a ride.

A rider should be able to understand what is happening, what comes next, and where to find help. That principle is guiding how Naka approaches the rider experience.

  1. 01

    Requesting a ride

The product is being designed to collect the essential journey details and present the request clearly before it is placed.

  2. 02

    Driver matching

The platform is being designed to connect a rider’s request with a driver through the marketplace.

  3. 03

    During the ride

Relevant journey and driver information should remain easy to find while a ride is in progress.

  4. 04

    After arrival

Completion, payment state, ride records, and access to support should form a coherent end to the journey.

Pricing transparency

Information before assumption.

Naka’s rider product is being designed to show relevant pricing information before a request is confirmed. Exact rider prices, fees, and market terms are not yet public.

Reliability

The product should explain its state.

From matching through arrival, useful status information matters. Naka is designing the experience so riders can understand where a request stands without unnecessary uncertainty.

Safety & support

Trust has to be designed into the journey.

Naka is approaching rider safety across identity, ride context, platform operations, support, and careful data handling. Specific safety functions will be documented as they are developed and verified.

Identity

Developing appropriate ways to establish and protect participant identity.

Ride context

Keeping the information around an active ride understandable and useful.

Support

Designing routes to help that fit the urgency and context of an issue.
